I can't tell you how much I love this little quilt!! It is "Endearments" by Betsy Chutchian, made with her fabric collection Rachel Remembered. The finished quilt measures 29 3/8" square, and has a Memorial Day/Fourth of July vibe to it. I can see keeping this out on my dining table from May through September.
I have been sticking to my plan to finish up a few things before moving on to something new.
I got the outer border on Windmills. (Pattern by Bonnie Blue, fabric Rachel Remembered by Betsy Chutchian). I skipped the narrow red containment border and just went with the one wider border in a solid brown. I am super happy with this one as well. I will be sending both of these quilts to my quilter, maybe even today!
To be honest, a new project is calling to me. Rather loudly.
This beautiful collection by Corey Yoder (Coriander Quilts) is called Pepper and Flax. The pattern is "9th and Vine". How springy is that? I'll see if I can finish up one or two more projects this weekend, then we shall see…

A couple of fabulous finishes for you and a new project. I’ve been admiring the Pepper & Flax fabric collection but resisted so far so I look forward to seeing what you do with it. I really like the way the blocks seem to ‘float’ on the background & border of the Endearments quilt! The border & corner pinwheels are a nice finish for Windmills! Have a wonderful weekend!

WOW! That pinwheel quilt turned out fabulous. Your instinct to change the org of the blocks was spot-on.
I have 2 fq bundles of Corey’s earlier lines calling my name, too. I’m making a Thimble BLossom pattern, Round and Round, with one. Don’t know about the other. ;p

i’m of two minds with the Pepper and Flax collection I love white, green and grey but not yellow. I know I’ll buy some of the prints but no precuts there’s just too much yellow for my taste.

I have been eyeing it for weeks and I just pushed the “purchase” button today to get the Jolly Bar quilt kit from FQS, plus a little extra yardage to make some coordinated pillow cases.
