Red Letter Day

Ok, enough of the pastels already.  I can't stand another minute of their sweet overload.  Give me some RED.

Whew.  That's better.

  1. Those blocks remind me of the wheel of fortune blocks, but with the twist of the four patches, looking forward to seeing more!

  4. Love the blocks and the reds! I last only so long with pastels, too. They have a time and place, but I usually prefer more color.
What’s the name of this block?
Count me in with those eager to see and hear more about your new project!
    Hugs!

  10. Oh yes, I saw this pattern in a recent magazine this month. Very enticing! It does, however, remind me of your blue/white Winding Ways quilt… whatever happened to that one? No judgement!!

  13. Your pastels were pretty … but oh my, these fabrics just SING to me! I can NOT wait to hear more about this project (and to get the pattern name as I am envisioning a delightful secondary pattern when it’s all put together).
