The festivities began Christmas Eve, when my daughter Sara gave me a little present.

  99. Yes, someone has been that happy=those of us who are grandmothers and know the feeling. I’m going to tell you this but you won’t understand until your grandchild is born. When you hold that baby in your arms for the first time, something magic happens. You are going to think you know what I’m talking about but you really won’t understand until that day. Then it will happen and you’ll say, “Oh, this is what Chris was talking about.” Magic!

I am so happy for you. Ours is going to be a little “Fire Cracker”. To be born around the fourth of July. To Claim his/her independence in this world. I know you will start sewing now the baby quilts.
