I’m Doomed

Oh Patti, what have you done?  I can't stop thinking about your red and white Two Color Quilt.  I couldn't copy you exactly, but I fiddled around in my stash and found a ton of blue and white Civil War reproduction fabrics.  I know I wasn't going to start any new projects but…….

  3. Her quilt is beautiful, but I can imagine it in blue and it is equally beautiful. I love the fabrics you have chosen to start with, and your block looks so perfect.

    I would love to start a new top….hum…….we will see. If I could find some cheddar and white…..I think that would look nice and vintage.

  35. I say build your ufo stash for the lean times !!!when you cant get new fabric
    I know mine has saved me I now work on my ufos and just look longingly at the new yummy fabrics that I cant afford LOL

  39. Nicole, where do you get all of your energy? THAT is a nice block. Sorry about the wrong email address.   51. As usual – catching up on blog reading. Seems like I’ll never stay caught up! Love, love love! this block. Blue and white is going to be absolutely stunning. I’ve been thinking of doing a blue and white quilt for some time – but I think I’ll do redwork in blue for that one. I’m not allowing myself to even think about it at all, as I’m still working like mad to get the UFO’s at least to finished top stage.
