New Instagram Account

IMG_7841

I wanted to share with you that I have started an Instagram account called Sister's Choice Books.  If you would like to follow me, I am on Instagram @sisterschoicebooks.  This account will be devoted to my recently read or acquired books, which will be photographed on or with some favorite quilts.  I will be doing some brief synopses and share some opinions on my latest reads.  I thought it would be fun to combine my two favorite things!

You can also follow me on Instagram @sisterschoicequilts, which is pretty much devoted to quilting and some family/food topics.

I hope you will visit me on Instagram as well as here on the blog.

*Nothing will change here on my blog.  I will continue to post three or four days a week and do my expanded book reviews and quilting posts.  The IG account is just a way for me to practice photographing books and quilts together and doing a brief synopsis of a book.*

  1. Nicole, will your reading recommendations still be available on your blog? I ask because I had an IG account, but all my content was stolen and now all the pictures of my quilts appear on another women’s IG page. Unfortunately, IG, after MANY attempts, did nothing to help me even though I could identify her. I am reluctant to restart another account, for this reason but I do like reading your book reviews and would hate to miss out on them.

  4. I aI don’t do IG either but it’s because I prefer to use my time differently. I don’t use FB for the same reason. Hope things here will stay the same as visiting is my morning delight. Pretty please?
    Hugs!

  7. I just folowed you there and can’t wait to read about your book reviews.
And for you and Patty (comment above), I you look at @maureencracknellhandmade a few posts down she shares about Two-Factor Authentication after her account was hacked. Perhaps this helps you prevent that some jerks hack your IG account.

  10. I have IG and I hope I don’t encounter the troubles your first 2 commenters (and Maureen Cracknell) had. I did follow MC’s advice and went through the 2-factor authentication process. Now, about your new account – I am going there now to find and follow you!
